1. Cape Cod Rail Trail

The trail is primarily used for walking, nature trips, and bird watching and is best used from April until October.


4. Pilgrim Monument

Pilgrim Monument was built in the early 20th century. Towering above the Province, this masterpiece is built entirely from granite. The walls of this pilgrim are thick with a carved stone, reserved for many towns across the country. You can also visit the museum exhibition at the bottom to display the history of the Pilgrim Monument. The climb to the top includes 60 panting ramps to enhance the interior. Visitors open the door to an incredible view of the ocean and province when they reach the top.

Martha's Vineyard often simply called The Vineyard is an island located south of Cape Cod in Massachusetts that is known for being an affluent summer colony. It is the 58th largest island in the United States, with a land area of about 96 square miles, and the third-largest on the East Coast of the United States, after Long Island and Mount Desert Island.

Shining Sea Bikeway is named for a line in the song America The Beautiful, written by Falmouth natives, Katharine Lee Bates. It follows the original route of the New York Railway, New Haven and Hartford that once ran from Buzzards Bay, through North and West Falmouth, around Hole Forest and into Falmouth Station. In the early 1970s, Falmouth Town bought the rights, ripped the tracks and officially opened the 3.3-mile Shining Sea Bicycle Race Track in 1975.
