Top 10 things to do in New Jersey

New Jersey has developed a recent false reputation thanks to television shows such as The Real Housewives of New Jersey and Jersey Shore.

But despite the McMansions and party destinations, the state has many beautiful natural and historical parks as well as world-class art and history museums. The state may be in the shadow of New York on travel but it should not be wiped out and there are many websites to compete with the people of Big Apple. It is even possible (and recommended) to visit two of New York's most famous attractions from New Jersey: the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Explore cities and experience life on the coast but also get off the freeway and experience farm life in New Jersey and natural beauty.
