1. Walk across the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge

Those who love walking should take a stroll and pass by the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge. Build in 1907, this bridge spans the whole Cumberland River in Nashville, Tennessee. It is 960 meters (less than a mile) long but still one among the longest pedestrian bridges in the world. Go at night so you can see the views of the Cumberland River and the Nashville skyline and take a lot of pictures from every angle of Nashville. Ever heard of a Full Moon Pickin’ Party? Well in Nashville, Full Moon Pickin’ Parties are usually held monthly from certain months at certain areas of the city. Here, they throw parties with an entrance fee and a certain amount of drinks. Events can be family-friendly compared to going to pubs and clubs since people also bring their kids and dogs. Expect also a lot of food options ranging from barbecue to Korean street good and other food. But for the main act, enjoy some live bluegrass music as Pickin’ refers to banjo pickin’. There are also usually other musicians and other artists ready to perform. Be sure to bring some blankets and chairs (if you can) for a cosy night at the Full Moon Pickin’ Party!


5. Enjoy a game at The Escape Game Nashville

This 1,368-acre (553.6 hectares) park is conserved and protected as a Class II Natural Area, meaning, its preservation and protection of natural resources are highly prioritized and all activities should be conducive to observing and research, including hiking. Those who plan on going hiking will follow the trails led by the Radnor staff. You can also choose from numerous programs that include wildflower walks, moonlight hikes, canoe floats, reptile programs, and birds of prey demonstrations.


8. Watch the Grand Ole Opry concert

If you’re a super fan of country music, watching the Grand Ole Opry concert is a must! Learn the history and witness the performances of legendary country music artists all in one place. The venue is big and comfortable and just enough to give you a great view. They also serve food through local food stalls and trucks outside the venue. We also recommend you to go all in and take the backstage tour to get behind the scenes and see the dressing rooms, lobbies, and stages when performers walked in.


9. Watch a midnight movie at Belcourt Theatre

In for a late night movie run? At the Belcourt Theatre, you and your friends can now watch movies at midnight! In addition to the traditional independent films, moviegoers can buy their own alcohol (and food) there. The venue is clean, updated and really comfortable, while staff are professional and hospitable. You’ll also love their selection of midnight movies. Hurry as this popular place usually runs out of parking spaces so you should go there early!


10. Go to a Nashville Sounds game

Sports fans know that watching a game in Nashville Sounds Baseball Club is a must! See your favourite players and professional sports teams in action and have a fun time cheering for them from the benches! You can also buy T-shirts and other souvenirs to show your support.
