Imola [iːmola] (Emilian: Iommla, Romagnol: Jômla / Jemula) is an exciting town in the capital city of Bologna, tucked on the Santerno River.
The town was considered the western entrance of the historic Romagna region.

1. Rocca Sforzesca
A well-preserved medieval fortress with lots of history; a top tourist attraction, if you like medieval things, defensive systems, knight armor; Castles and museums will be open to the public on weekends; all day, for very nice walks around, for a walk taken in the nice nature in harmony, thinking over a rich past.
2. Autodromo Internazionale Enzo E Dino Ferrari
Only visited shop by museum.....helpful staff. Autodromo easy to access and was very clean and modern.
3. Monumento AD Ayrton Senna
It is worth a visit when you are in the neighborhood. We were at a race in Imola and walk around a little. The monument is located next to the track, in the memory of one of the greatest Formula drivers who was killed in a crash at the Imola race.
There are flags, flowers, and messages all around the monument. A place to stop a little and have some thoughts about life.
4. Biglia Di Pantani
For people like me who have a spring on their shoulders, the "ball" with the inner pattern has a very special meaning. Devote to this unfortunate champion.
5. Parco Tozzoni
A nice park with a magnificent Panorama, a nice valley, very nice trees, for a relaxing day in nature with family and children.
6. Bim Biblioteca Comunale Di Imola
I love her As soon as I have two minutes, I go in and take a tour of the books. It is beautiful, welcoming has a great set of books, magazines, and DVDs! For me, it's a magical place! Must watch!
7. Palazzo Tozzoni
Palazzo has been left as it was when the family donated it years ago to the Municipality, including furnishings, clothing, etc. Huge cellar/stables/storage/workspace underneath. Insights into how the servants moved around the house to do chores with only the most-necessary access to public rooms and family spaces. Interesting kitchen.
8. Parco Acque Minerali
A beautiful park in the green countryside in the heart of Imola, especially loved by the townspeople and the locals for its good mineral water; games for children, benches under beautiful trees to rest, ducks on the river and other animals like peacocks make fun for everyone.
9. Farmacia Dell'ospedale
The building is very old and beautiful. The best place to visit buildings for old architecture. The best place.
10. Bottega Gollini
We spent a moment when we walked and we really liked it. The owner is very friendly and has a very good taste. He told us that the Gallery has been in operation since 1967 and it shows works by Italian and international authors. They also have ceramics and other very original and quality products.
